Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals has the power to hear and decide appeals on matters where the Zoning Ordinance provides for review of an administrative interpretation, exception, or special approval permit. The Board can also authorize a variance from the strict application of the Zoning Ordinance. Six members are appointed for three-year terms. This Boards has been combined with the General Appeals Board.
 

The Board meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., City Hall in Room C101.
