 Welcome to the Web site of the City of Escanaba, the official site for information regarding City departments and services provided to its citizens by the City.
Located on Little Bay de Noc (the northern end of Green Bay), Escanaba is a city of over 13,000 people and is the county seat of Delta County which has a population of nearly 40,000. Escanaba boasts an expanding industrial base and well developed service and retail sectors servicing the central Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
With wide, well-maintained, tree-lined streets, Escanaba is beautiful in any of our changing seasons. Fishing is a great, year-round sport in the Bay de Noc area, winter sporting opportunities abound and with numerous summer events, there is always something to do in Escanaba. Fall color on our many trees adds a special beauty to our City.
