City of Escanaba Utility Office

Hours Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The utility office is responsible for sending out electric, water, waste water, and garbage bills for the City of Escanaba. We generate approximately 7000 bills per month. We also handle set and remove orders, which involves entering them in our record books and computer. Customers come to our office when they are moving, whether it is from out of town or from one address to another. If a customer hasn’t had utilities with us previously, we require a minimum deposit of $150.00. We also charge transfer fees in the amount of $5.00 to $20.00.
