ADULT FITNESS PROGRAMS

Women's Aerobic Exercise Programs - Jacki Sorensen's Aerobic Exercise programs conducted at the Civic Center are an excellent method of improving your personal fitness. The participant has the option of selecting an aerobic dance or aerobic step program that best fits your schedule! 

Join our certified instructors for one of the following aerobic exercise programs. 

Winter Session 2006 - 11 Weeks
January 9th - March 23rd

CLASS FEE: Dance and/or Step $77.00

DANCE: Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Monday and Wednesday 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

STEP: Monday and Wednesday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Register in the Recreation Department Office. For information call the Recreation Department at 786-4141.

SENIOR PROGRAMS

Senior Citizen Line Dancing - Join Betty Wagner in the beginner line dancing Monday and Thursday from 1:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.  Come join the fun. No fees, donations accepted. For more information call 786-8850.

Senior Citizen Yoga/Excercise At the Civic Center gym each Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.

SENIOR CITIZEN'S CENTER

Open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday under the direction of the Community Action Agency. Recreational and social activities include meals on wheels, excercise classes, pool, shuffle board, card playing, bingo, arts and crafts, informative lectures, and social clubs. Call the Senior Center Office at 786-8850 for more information.

Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers meets every Wednesday at 4:30 p.m., Thursday at 8:00 a.m. and Saturday at 8:00 a.m. Contact Sherry Proehl at 474-6821 for more information.
