Exercise Programs -
Jacki Sorensen's Aerobic Exercise programs conducted at the Civic Center are
an excellent method of improving your personal fitness. The participant has
the option of selecting an aerobic dance or aerobic step program that best
fits your schedule!
Join our
certified instructors for one of the following aerobic
exercise programs.
Winter Session 2006 - 11 Weeks

CLASS FEE: Dance and/or Step $77.00

DANCE: Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Monday and Wednesday 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
STEP: Monday and Wednesday
9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

SENIOR PROGRAMS
Senior Citizen Line
Dancing - Join Betty Wagner in the beginner line dancing Monday and Thursday
from 1:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. Come join the fun. No
fees, donations accepted. For more information call 786-8850.
Senior Citizen Yoga/Excercise
At the Civic Center gym each Tuesday and Thursday
from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
SENIOR CITIZEN'S CENTER
Open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,
Monday - Friday under the direction of the Community Action Agency. Recreational
and social activities include meals on wheels, excercise classes, pool, shuffle board,
card playing, bingo, arts and crafts, informative lectures, and social clubs.

Weight Watchers
Weight Watchers meets every Wednesday at
4:30 p.m., Thursday at 8:00 a.m. and Saturday at 8:00 a.m. Contact Sherry Proehl
