SWIM LESSONS 

 

"LEARN TO SWIM" - MUNICIPAL BEACHBD20219_.WMF (50774 bytes)

The Recreation Department offers students of our City, 6 years of age and older, an opportunity to take advantage of quality swim lessons at an affordable cost; Register at the Civic Center through Wednesday June 22; Swim lessons begin June 27 and will be held each Monday, Wednesday and Friday through July 29th; To improve instruction quality; "Learn to Swim" class sizes are reduced to provide greater student-teacher contact; seven class levels are taught. All instructors are WSI certified; Course fee is $18.00. Contact: Recreation Department at 786-4141.

 

YOUNG BEGINNERS SWIM LESSONS - WEBSTER POOL

Open to children 3 to 6 years of age. This popular activity will provide young children with a proper and healthy attitude toward the water and water safety; instruction Level I - Primary Skills conducted at the Webster Park Wading Pool during the afternoon hours; Register children at the Civic Center through Wednesday June 22; classes begin Monday, June 27 and will be offered through Thursday July 28; All instructors are Certified Water Safety Instructor/Lifeguards; $15.00 fee.
