Demolition Permit/Utility Disconnection

As of 6/8/20, Demolition Permits will now be issued by the

Delta County Building & Zoning Department.

For properties within city limits, the process still begins at the Utility Window at Escanaba City Hall to pay damage deposits and arrange for utility disconnection prior to submitting a Demo Permit Application through Delta County.
