Bacteriological Analysis of Drinking Water

The Water Analysis Form (two pages) can be used when submitting a bacteriological water sample to the Escanaba Water Treatment Plant at One Water Plant Road. The first page is to be printed and filled out before bringing the sample in to be tested.

The second page lists the detailed sampling instructions and the bacteriology results code.

The required prepaid sticker and sample bottle can be purchased at the Utility Window in City Hall at 410 Ludington Street. The current fee is $16.00 per sample. A blank form and a copy of the sampling instructions can be picked up at City Hall as well.
