Public Meeting Notices In accordance with an amendment to the Michigan Open Meetings Act (OMA), PA 528, Section 5, effective December 31, 2012, Municipalities are required to provide additional notice requirements for certain meetings that are open to the public.  This page will contain links to yearly notices, special meetings, and all meeting changes or cancellations to City Council and its City Boards and Commissions.
